ASSESSMENT CENTERS

Center for Assessment and Development is a top management tool for evaluation of the business competencies potential and is mainly intended for Team Managers and Business Leaders. The assessed competencies can be selected between a list of over 50 main, divided into three categories - Self, Relationship and Business Management. Based on the performance in the simulation exercises - Team Discussion, Analytical Skills, Role Game and Psychometric Tests (Personality, Cognitive, Emotional Intelligence), Managers are being assessed by Coaches for their current level of competencies. With the help of Betalive Assessment Management Platform an automated individual report with certain score is being given, providing descriptions of strengths and achievements, as well as assessment of the potential and recommendations for development. Based on the results, adequate business training can be assigned.
