Mobile Application for EU Program Information Measures Relating to the Common Agricultural Policy

Betalive Management LLC has been selected for the development of Farm Check - mobile application part of EU Program Information Measures Relating to the Common Agricultural Policy, co-financed by the European Commission. The application allows users to quickly check the origin of any product from more than 7 000 producers from several public data bases. The need to develop the application derives from the fact that the existing public registers in Bulgaria are difficult to be accessed by end users customers. The application solves problems related to the traceability of food products and will improve the awareness of the general public about the origin of some basic types of food, such as with animal/non-animal origin and organic products. After checking the database, users will find important information about the manufacturers - their certificates, production base, location, products range and specific production processes, as well as whether they have used funding from European Programs.
